The APPEALIE Awards celebrate innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications that “excite, delight and get the job done.” The award-giving body recognizes various service-providing platforms – from virtual collaboration, marketing automation, enterprise-level CRM, and beyond – that keep businesses moving, increase work efficiencies, and make our lives better overall.

42 SaaS apps were awarded based on the excellence they’ve demonstrated in their respective industries, as well as customer outcomes and feedback. The Overall SaaS Award winners are apps that averaged over 4.6 out of 5 stars on highly-recognized software review platforms, like Capterra, GetApp, and G2. Moreover, APPEALIE also leveraged Net Promoter Scores™ (NPS), UI/UX, recent product improvements, and third-party analyst research as major criteria.

In the past, notable SaaS winners include Asana, Slack, and Zoom, which are continuously growing service providers that excel in task management, communication, and virtual collaboration. This year, other SaaS platforms that received the award include ActiveCampaign, Gong, Honeybook, and Workato.
