SAN FRANCISCO, CA., March 27, 2024– NCR Voyix, a leading digital commerce business, agreed to migrate clients with legacy chat services to a new package of market-leading LinkLive digital customer service along with messaging services. The NCR Voyix partnership with LinkLive creates an upgrade for hundreds of clients and provides these financial institutions with one integrated solution across all communications channels.
