What is HITRUST?
The HITRUST Assurance Program incorporates more than 50 regulations and standards with a risk-based approach and includes HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, and various cybersecurity frameworks. Widely considered the most stringent level of data assurance that a contact center can achieve, this certification not only validates our approach to data security—it also serves as a guide for us to address security and data protection challenges.
The certification specifically covers LinkLive’s data centers. These facilities meet rigorous regulatory standards and are effectively managing risk, Coupled with LinkLive’s end-to-end encryption and compliance with various regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and more), our architecture provides control over all data, including who can access it, how long it’s stored, and how it’s used. In addition, data is segmented by client, meaning no information—prompts, outputs, or training details—is shared with other customers. And unlike other companies (especially those making headlines lately), LinkLive never uses client or end-user data to improve any third-party AI.
